We were lucky enough to recently visit one of our photographer/food stylists Bahareh Niati (@bakingistherapy), to learn all about how she shoots recipes for The Spruce Eats. She originally graduated with a B.S. degree in chemical engineering, but a few years later, she decided to follow her passion and become a full-time food photographer and recipe developer. Her Iranian heritage also inspires and influences her recipe development, so she took us through how she recently photographed a Persian noodle soup called Aash Reshteh." - The Spruce Eats
